agree on the "control" thing. 7 minutes? naaaahhhh... stuff stays good longer than that, although there is NOTHING that compares to picking & eating immediately, that's true. BTW, MH also counseled me to go ahead & pick my almost-ripe peaches & let them ripen on the counter...it was getting close to frost time, 1rst year the tree bore fruit, didn't know... They were awesome:)
