You save yourself

"Definition of Savior:

One who saves, preserves, or delivers from destruction or danger.

Accepting Jesus as your Lord and Savior means that he is saving, preserving and delivering you from destruction and/or danger. A Savior saves those who need to be saved and through saving them they become saved."

Nowhere does Jesus say that he is your savior, nor is he anyone else's savior.  If you follow his path, he has shown a road to salvation, but you must walk the walk, discover yourself as the eternal spirit that you are - with his help and with god's help certainly.  But Jesus is here to assist, not to "save."

He said many times during his physical journey on the planet that the kingdom of god has arrived.  It was there at the time of his message.  John the Baptist preceded Jesus with the same message.  Jesus sent out his disciples with that same message (the Good News) and that message alone.  That is the definition of "The Gospel" - which means the Good News, the kingdom of god has arrived.  The kingdom of god was here 2,000 years ago and it never left and Jesus said that the "...kingdom of god is within you."  If the kingdom of god is within you, then your own salvation is there as well.

I will repeat again.  Nobody is saved.  If they were they wouldn't be here.  Those who claim to be already "saved" are living in a fantasy world instead of the real world.
