It all-ways (in all ways) helped me to

remember that I choose to be here I came back from the last go around with purpose.

The rub is unless you can find your purpose and feel full-filled then one always is looking outward thinking the purpose may be arriving any day.

You do reincarnate- so this life has a purpose if only to feel such dissatisfaction that you will find purpose in the next one.
