Your kidneys are acting up because your liver is blocked. Standard for the body to dump toxins into the kidneys once your liver is unable to deal with them, worse your kidney was never designed to deal with them.

Damage to the ileo doesn’t come from critters. When your stage II liver function is screwed the liver will dump improperly bound toxins into that area and those highly cancerous substances irritate the ileo. That said if you look at the post I wrote for #70428

it contains goto numbers for ileo and Oxyuren which actually eats your appendix and therefore effects the ileo. But this is one of those dumb parasites and the SCIO can zap them with great results.
