IMO psyllium is worthless for this; you need a water soluble fiber. Pectin, Guar Gum, Benefiber will do but Konjacu has the best absorption/extraction ability. By that I mean that your body can extract the most food value while the fiber still extracts toxins. You can see this and the other medical benefits on their web site.
