Get sterilized mushroom or extracts (better) or tincture

I use all the 3 forms mentioned above.

Decent manufacturers will sterilize their products before packing, as the mycelium substrate is food for the mushroom, but not for us, humans.

Extracts are concentrated & purified. They do work better but are more expensive. The extracts I got from Japan are so good, I'm giving them to my 6 year old during school time.

I make my own alcohol tinctures from the bulk powder. It is fast-acting & lasts 3 hours.

I've tried many mushroom products, had ordered from Japan, China & US. Most are lousy & only a handful is good. The bulk powders from Aloha are the most cost-efficient. It's a pity to miss out on medicinal mushrooms due to candida. Please email them to find alternatives, as there are many species & strains. Each is good for different things.

I seek substances which are multi-purpose. This way I don't need to take many types. I've tried most of the great herbs from TCM (ginseng, schizandra, angelica sinensis/danggui, astralagus etc). For most category of TCM herbs, there's a mushroom which is superior & cheaper.
