Yes, the gyms push glut to muscle freaks. I wish I could have tolerated the actual IV better - it was intended that I stay on for ten days.
ALTHOUGH - my other doc (mad scientist) was pissed when he found out that MD (she referred me to him, keep in mind) gave me h2o2. For the reasons he mentioned, I'm glad I stopped. He claims that h202 intro-v will cause a hardening of the walls of the veins, arteries - and damage. Oh, well. I think a little can't hurt - extended drips, I decided were prob what would really cause this.
I have Glutathione caps from Solgar. I rarely take them - unless I haven't been able to get anything in my body (at all - but water) for days. I HATE powder capsules. HATE. They stick to and break up in my throat. If you're into them and okay with them - check it out.
But I did not realize that there was so much Glut. in ISO Whey, per N's post. Learned a lot there - much more clarity which covered the relationship/symbiosis/contraindications, etc. Very good post, N.
