Jikes, poor liver, mine must be extremely abused by now.
I also have pain in my left lower quadrant, I am trying to figure out if it is the ielocecal valve or appendix or if parasites are sitting there, I can definetely feel action there at times. I will ask the SCIO on that one.

The heavy metal extraction sounds somewhat scary with the whey, my kidneys started to act up on the stuff Lugols chelated. I have started to take some MSM, hm, feel a little discomfort in kidneys. I am not sure if it is the MSM or the Banaba tea I drink (suppose to cleanse kidneys).
And I dont even have Amalgams in my mouth! So it all comes down to my liver. I cant even use regurlar shampoo since my scalp and whole skin will itch like from an allergy reaction. (phase 2 detox weak) (this problem started 5 years ago) when candida and leaky gut showed it's nasty head.

The ileo cecal valve is worrying me a bit, I have read Bernard Jensen s book, and it seems like we do not want to have trouble with this little "door", things will be really messed up then. I hope that massage will help, but if the critters will be going in and out of there all the time it will always be abused!
