That whey you take is gold! If I could get hold of the Naturell one without sucralose or stuff, I would be in dream land!

Looking at what is in the whey I can see tons of amino acids, which makes sense why the glutathione is boosted. Gluthione is made up of amino acids l-cysteine, glycine and one more, and this whey simply has all the precursors to help "make" gluthatione in the liver. I was actually thinkig about getting all these amino acids by themselves in supplements and try to "precurse" gluthatione that way. But thats stupid, heck this powder wil probably do wonders for the bowels to and help them heal, amino acids here I come! I just hope Im not allergic to it.. seem to tolerate kefir and butter really good though.
