There are probably lots of reason for being obese, not only eating too much and exercising too little,but what I was going to say was that one of them could be due to
parasites stealing the nutrition from you food, which makes you malnourished and perhaps a bit anemic, which of course makes you eat more, especially at certain intervalls, then at times some people might eat less than normal as well due to feeling nauseaus or tired which contributes to malnourishment. If they exist in large amounts they can even obstruct the intestines keeping the food in there for too long which poisons the body.
parasites send out neurotoxins that can mess with your body and your own hormones including the thyroid.
parasites also host bacteria and viruses. Also for thyroid there could be lots of other reasons for it being low, environmental toxins for example, and flour in toothpaste is also a neurotoxin, as well as any
Amalgam you might have.

I just read what you eat and it could be better, not much nutrition and probably clogging you up inside. You seem to have the right info already on what to eat in theory and the info is all over. Also try things like the liver cleanse here on curezone for detox. Perhaps try to eat something like fruit in the morning at least if you can't eat that early, so you won't eat too much later on. If you could eat some rye porridge or other even more healthier alternatives in the morning with fruit, it will hopefully keep your blood
Sugar levels more even throughout the day. Some people with that problem eat fruit smoothies in the morning, just a banana, two oranges and some frozen fruit with water for example and put it in the mixer. The body often feels better with at least 3 meals a day or more in smaller amounts or you might overeat at the last meal. You shouldn't eat bread and if you do only things like rye bread as unprocessed as possible. Better to eat some rice or potatoes in that case and of course more vegetables. You can put balsamic vinegar in it with some flax seed oil and basil for example, try to make the vegetables taste good, cause you might not like vegetables in the beginning. After you get used to eating more of it, you might not want to be without it. Make a sallad in the morning even that you can have both for lunch and dinner with some meat if you'd like, preferably leaner meat like chicken or fish in case your body don't process the amino acids properly, which could be a problem. Cook the meat well done always. Eat small amounts of fruit in between meals for blood
Sugar regulation. Drink lots of water all the time up to 2 liters a day is good and if you put apple cider vinegar in it it could help some with digestion. If you get cravings periodically it could help to remember to drink more water, it can sometimes disguise as hunger. Basicallly the core thing it VEGETABLES, that's where a lot of nutrition is for you. If you make it your main dish instead of white bread you will loose weight even with a bad thyroid. Also the amino acids in proteins builds up the body and controls much in the body like hormones for example, but some people cannot digest the protein very well, especially if one has a clogged up colon, and if the stomach acid is too low, so needs to be cleaned up and lots of apple cider vineager. Children have 1000 times more hydrochloric acid than adults and therefore they digest food better! Then it's very much debated if one should be vegetarian or not, but won't go into that here. Good oils like flax seed, fish oil and such have lots of nutrition, contains omega 3,6 and 9 which are essential and wont make you gain weight in normal doses. Also nuts of all types are nutritious in smaller amounts. These are just very basic things but hopefully you might get something out of it. Make your new food taste better than the old and you will continue eating it. Vegetables are SO GOOD :-). I'm serious about the
