OK so you have already answered your eating habits, and some about your weight. If you would not mind telling me your height...exact weight, and activity level I can give you an example diet. I need the info. to gadge what calorie intake you personally need to maintain daily activity. That means your activity right now. It's part of being weaned into this gradually....ALSO a big part of using this diet, and you mentioned you need that SO PERFECT! It is NOT suppose to be shell shock AND you are NEVER suppose to feel overwhelmingly hungary....which we can work together on if you would like to. It is a bit of a process, but well worth it, coming from someone who has done it! Eventually your body should begin to tell you what and whenn it wants exact foods...like I mentioned before, and that makes it easy! Building up to that can be a bit confusing at first though...I CAN help you with it though.


I would love to do this as I am always watching people torchure themselves on these "fad" diets and trying to tell them this is better. The people I care for are developmentally disabled, so they do not know how to refuse, nor do they have to DO the leg work.So they are successful....lots of them have been taken off all sorts of medications...including Thyroid meds,cholesterol meds and heart meds... and have also lost weight appropriately. The STAFF members on the other hand are just NOT patient enough!! lol

BTW I'm not a weirdo and do NOT want $$...I just think more people should try this instead of suffering or torchuring themselves...so anyone willing to take my help I give it.... it's sort of a hobby i guess (teaching this lifestyle...notice I did not call it a diet...because it really isn't) - NYSSA :)
