You'll forgive me if I sound rude but if the Atkins diet was working -- why would you STOP? Because it is tedious and expensive??? It is tedious and expensive to be FAT AND SICK! You want a miracle cure that is easier than Atkins? Hon, Atkins it THE BEST weight loss plan you are going to find for morbid obesity...you simply are not ready for all these holistic cleanses and things! A lot of these people have never been obese, they cannot relate, their advice is good but NOT FOR YOU YET! Take it from someone who has been there and solved ALL problems, including thyroid.
