I have a question regarding the diary please. Everything on the list you made for her, I can do and will just have to get used to checking serving sizes...which is mostly My problem. My servings are far too much!
I am unable to drink milk though. Once in a blue moon, I have some but mostly, it does not settle well in my stomach. To add to it, I LOVE ice cream and it does the same thing...usually creates Lots of gas!
So, my question would be, if I stuck to your program here, would I be able to delete the dairy and still have good results?
I am also oil pulling and am (slowly) releasing my cravings for chocolate and pop.
