I once told my darling that if she ever called CPS that they would take me to jail and her to foster care, but that if I got out, I would beat the crap out of her, so it wouldn't be worth the vicious cycle of beatings. lmao - tongue in cheek of course.

I have SUCH a low tolerance for abusive behavior, and speak up about it in a firm manner - she was trained by my abusers - I watch that same behavior - when confronted with her poor character or behavior, she will not want to talk about it, then she will come up with some bs argument that doesn't hold water, then she will "fight her way out of the corner".

her father was a hideous abuser, who bragged to others about his nasty nature - one of the hardest things I ever did was get away from him - he made it almost impossible - but I did, when she was 1 and 1/2- she doesn't even know him

Can narcissism be hereditary? Or did she learn her self centered junk from her stepdad? (12 years with him - and it was ALL about him)
