Re: Distressing

Oh, I'm sorry if my post came out as an attack or without compassion. I was weeping inside seeing all the people on those boards searching, others giving the best advice they could. It just bothered me because the answers are so simple and yet so difficult to do. Most I don't doubt their integrity whatsoever. I guess I come across hard no matter. My wife says I'm about the most intimidating person she's ever met. Now there's a pesonality flaw to work on, which I do.


So many are not ready to hear about such a simple system because they haven't, as AA puts it, "hit bottom". And water is in reach of the poorest of us in America as well as simple foods.
It's just knowing that so many will have to go through so much pain before they are even ready to give water and diet a chance.
