Hi Wrenn, I just broke a fast that I have been on for 21 days, with the exception of one meal 9 days ago and I feel great. I had home made beef stew. Most people on this board never make it past a few days, I realy do apreciate that, as someone mentioned earlier, that people in "death camp" state might not want to do that. The reason people in hospital for surgery are not allowed to eat is that they are usually on massive amounts of drugs, and they don't want any lawsuits if you "throe" throw up and aspirate your own vomit. Please excuse my "spelling" but I know you will understand. ONLY MY OPINIONS.} Sandy.
