I had to go to a conference half way through my fast where i would hve no control over the food. So the day before I broke the fast with fresh fruit and some soup at lunch time and then a small piece of white fish and salad at the night time. For breakfast I stuick to fruit but the other meals went ok (tho i did throw up a rich mushroom rissoto ) but think that was due to stress rather than stomach rebellion.
I gradually tapered off rich/solid things over the w/end and started again on water the monday (now day 4 of renewed fast).
I think it depends on why you are fasting as to whether its ok for you to have the odd meal. I'm planning to only break it if I have to between now and 40 days. Althoughmay go back to Juice fasting if work suffers too much. What about you?
