Re:Ok here is something for you to try...to Mom
Mom, Thank you so much for your words of encouragement!
I came here last September. I had gall stones and bad attack, and grossly over weight. I managed to prevent gall bladder surgery by doing the
Liver Flushes and changing my life style totally. I did not want to let a quack butcher me.
Overnight I stopped eating all fast food (that was all I ate for six years, along with six or more diet cokes a day and I never drank any water, talk about insanity)......I immediately gave up all red meat, fried food, fast food, junk food, including candy, and all
Sugar and white flour products. I still eat a slice of Roman Meal bread almost every day. I was so scared of having another attack....and that fear helped me adhere to my new way of eating. I ate vegetables, fruits and some grains. I did eat a little boiled chicken, but not a lot because of that fear of having another gall bladder attack. I ate some turkey too. I no longer eat turkey and hardly ever eat chicken now. I began juicing.
I did
Liver Flushes every two weeks for several months. Now I do not do them as often. I got a
parasite cleanse and saw no results. *LOL* I want to SEE WORMS ! I have been doing p and b shakes for months. I get hunks and chunks of mucoid plaque, but not the kinds of ropes that are in the images section on curezone.
I feel a lot better now, due to cleansing, the food I eat and especially the rebounder. I think that yours is crying to be used now !! : ) It is in there saying "PLEASE bounce on me !"
I would never go back to being the way I was last year. It is a wonder that my body did not have more go wrong other than back pain and the gall bladder attack. When I came here I could not exercise. It was all I could do to drag my self through the day, get my food prepared and clean up the mess I made doing it. By reading posts here and doing the cleanses and other things that people have had success with I have been able to start my own road of health.
Now you know my story. Please tell me yours.
Thanks again for your kind words.
