Also, I have cleaned up my diet the last couple months, are you saying that doing a colonic now is ok? I'm a little confused about that part.

Are there any bad effects to colonics? Will I feel sick afterwords, tired, have die off?

I would love to talk to pee tree about all of this. Looks like there is so much information that we are never taught as children. It is too bad that we were never taught about our bodies like this while we're young. Seems like there is now a life time of information to catch up on. Is there enough time in life to learn?
I hear people are now living well into their 100's...do you think it is a good quality of life?
