Gosh.. you sound very much like me just a couple of months ago. Any new med i got from my naturopath would send me in a spiral of panic and anxiety. I didnt know what the hell was going on..and most of my time was spent in bed crying and wishing i would die! My eye sight went wonkey too when i got the panic..and even in between... still does sometimes. So yes..you are not alone.

I have 3 major panic attacks a day.. my pupils would dialate huge then small on there own.. and everything would get really bright..and very "unreal".... i thought that i had just gone totally mental.

Two months into parasite cleasing,weekly colonics, Epsom Salts abths,castor oil packs, minerals,vitamins,super vit C doses, and clay body masks... my panic became less... and less... I was also following a very strict diet of NO Sugar or wheat/gluten.. no fruit, meat or dairy. I was already vegan before so I wasnt too hard.. but i had Sugar cravings that brought me to tears, and rage!!!

Before i got sick.. I was quite, and hardly felt angry... after i got sick i would wake up in the middle of the night and be in a rage state, i couldnt understand what in the world was going on....

I just want you to know your not alone.... what your feeling.. although difficult is common..and it WILL pass.

Tell me what a typical day diet is for you. What suppliments are you taking. do you have sugar/cows milk or wheat in your diet. what parasite cleanse were you on..? Do you have access to colonics? or saunas? Do you have a regular exercise plan?

Please answer these questions and let us know how you are today..
last thing.. are you in canada or the states(or elsewhere)?
