TO JUST ME - Re:Still Feeling TERRIBLE

Hi,

I am Lisa just want you to know that I have had some similar problems to what you are facing. I was having heart palpitations, horrible panic attacks. I have to say of all my symptoms and I still have many, thyroid problems, underweight, digestive issues, eyesight problems, terrible eczema, no longer getting a period, extreme fatigue etc, etc but out of all the heart palpitations and the panic attacks are mostly all gone I hardly ever experience them anymore. I lost about 20 lbs. so far but I think maybe just maybe I am starting to gain a little bit. I also began this with liver enzymes elevated 5x normal so I am pretty sure my liver is very toxic as well. I am told I must get rid of the candida in order to detox the liver so that is where I am concentrating my efforts. As far as diet for the first month to 6 weeks I mostly only ate Vegetables or soup with some meat in the eve. chicken turkey or fish. A salad at lunch time with possibly some meat. Eggs or soup (I made the soup from Body Ecology recipes) for breakfast. Now I eat a piece of fruit granny smith apple, grapefruit, berries or banana for breakfast with some cereal with no sugar, arrowhead mills makes puffed millet, kamut, rice I also have found a puffed amaranth. I have a small amount of rice or almond or soy milk with these. Also found a sugarless oatmeal. For lunch still a salad also with possibly some meat. One time per week I have cashew butter on some yeast free bread and one time per week I have almond butter on same. Always the raw butters though. I still have the salad when I have these. Also raw cultured vegetables which I make myself. See the Body Ecology diet book by Donna Gates. These I have with lunch and Dinner. For dinner I have some meat and steamed vegetables. I rotate my diet so that I don't have the same food more than once every four days. I am a little lax on the food families you are also supposed to rotate these but I have a little trouble on this. This rotated diet helps if you are very sensitive to foods due to leaky gut.

Last, For your mental well being I recommend you get some of Louise Hay's books. She is excellent she has all kinds of books about healing your body and healing your life. I just finished one and I am getting more. I think she has a website Hay books or something like that. You have to believe that you are going to get better and you deserve to have health and happiness!!!

Also when I get anxious I count backwards from 100 by threes it really helps to calm me down. I also just keep reassuring myself by asking what are you afraid of here? Usually there is nothing to be afraid of. It used to be dying but I am not afraid anymore because if that is what happens and of course it hasn't yet, but if it did I know it would be ok. my family would end up being ok. and I know in my heart of hearts that i would be too.

Good Luck,

Lisa
