Hey there! Just calm yourself down. Breath deep from your stomach slowly & walk around. I had a panic attack a little over a month ago & it finally went away by lying down & propping my legs up high with pillows. The important thing is to try & relax. If it doesn't pass in 15 mins I suggest you get yourself to Emerg & tell them right away your having a hypoglycemic attack & they will stabalize your blood sugar.
