Please Help?? Would just gargling wih GSE give you anxiety type of reaction??? I'm dying here!

Hi Guys,
I am having such a difficult time with all this. and I'm scared. I'm scared I'm going to die from this. If I do.... I want to thank you all for being there for me.
I have to know.... I can't handle any of the medications as the die off is too intense for me... so all I was doing is gargling with GSE.... but I feel VERY anxious.... I can't breath right and I'm shaky big time! WHY IS THAT???? HOw can t affect me just from grgling????? or can it? Can someone help me plase.... I don't know if I'm going to make it through this. Thank you so much.
