Have you tried a different brand of Olive Oil? Not all the brands have the same taste... some are stronger than others. I add lots of lemon juice to my salads and less of the oil... the trick for me is to really toss that salad ... I mean TOSS IT ALOT! so that the mixture is coating all the veggies you've put in there. It makes it more paletable. I love my salads, but it does get tiresome after awhile so I experiment by also adding other things like chopped up fresh Chilantro...it's a wonderful burst of flavour!
I havn't had any cheese.... been avoiding it but somewhere on the board I read that goat cheese is okay to have. Does anyone know if Feta is okay and how much of it would be okay?
