Well it sounds like you must be pretty frustrated with your diet!

The first thing that i would recommend is taking all the cheese out of the diet... at least for now.

The cabbage rolls sound good.. but tomato soup (tomatoes) may be too much for you to handle right now, and ground beef... well It might be a little hard for you to digest....

So far all you hear is No's! I'll give you an example of my diet and my boyfriends diet.. he has a crazy case of candida, mine is more mild but i am still fighting off the parasites. We eat a lot of food.but only really lunch and dinner..and we both are commited to health and ethical eating... we have a blast in hte kitchen trying to make the best Candida recipies!

Wake up : 2 lg glasses of purified water
one with "fibersmart" a kidney tincture, 2000mg of vit c, liquid mineral... and i take an adrenal support and a metal detox pill.

about 30min later:
one cup of "YU" unsweetened rice milk with carob and cinnamon powder and a sweetner called stevia. (this is sooooo yummy)

Breakfast/lunch:
Steamed broccoli, marinated parsnips (blanched,then in a sauce of stevia,oliveoil,applecider vinegar,and ginger) And hamemade patties (chickpea powder,chives,basil,salt,cayene pepper,onion and garlic... in the pan with a tbls.of olive oil) and we dressed them with hummous.

Dinner: Rice Pasta!!! yum yum!! my favorite way to dress the rice pasta is
tahini
natural musturd
apple cider vinager
4 cloves of garlic
cayene pepper
fresh basil and olive oil..
i mix that all up..
sautee some onions and then mix the pasta,sauce and onions together!!
it tastes like cheesy deliciousness to me..
another dinner we have often is:
Quinoa with curried veggies
(you could add fish or a curried free range chicken breast)
millet mashed potatoes
(millet over cooked..then adding oil,rice milk,garlic and herbs)
My boyfriend eats flying fish.. marinated in lime juice peppers and salt.. then bredded with onion and rice flour,and flax seeds.
He loves it!
Every meal we eat involves a fresh raw salad to start off.. and a dressing of hemp oil and aplle cider vinegar... some times we mix hummos with the for a ceaser flavor!

We also eat cranberries, grapefruits and lemon juice in moderation..as well as peas beans and lentils.

When i was really having bad anxiety i took a supplinemt with passionflower,valerian,scullcap and some other herbs.. i would really recommend it.....

Take a trip to the health food store and see all the wonderful things you can eat!!
