Re: Sugar cravings decreased

"The Vinegar Book" says " Vinegar eels are frequently found in vinegar. This species of nematode worm is a natural part of many vinegars. These curious creatures can be seen near the surface of a vinegar which has been exposed to air. They resemble tiny thread worms, and are considered a harmless part of vinegar."

"Vinegar flies lay eggs which hatch out into larvae that live comfortably in vinegar. They thrive on this acid brew, but are not a particularly appetizing addition to vinegar."

It goes on to say they creatures die off with the high heat process along with some of the enzymes and vitamins. Hey-my body doesn't need creepy crawlies! This is the one time I'm gonna forget about "Mother".

Oil swishing is suppose to rid the body of toxins. It raises the metabolism and heals the body. Here is the website if you are interested. http://loaves-n-fishes.com/oilswish.htm It recommends using cold pressed sunflower or peanut oil but I read that olive oil works as well.

Just like you I love to try new things. This stuff just really interests me. It has been really nice having someone to chat with. My friends think I've gone off the deep end!
