no, I dont take ACV. I did notice that the spots on my face cleared up after taking Vit E and Omega oils (in caps). Does ACV help with mildly dry skin as well?

I seen in th VIT C forum that taking tabs isnt as effective as the powdered stuff, they say that your body doesnt absorbe all of the C. I havent dont any research on it though. They could very well be right. I think someone said to take the tabs sublingually for the maximum benefit.

I am starting a cycle of Just Vit C today. I shall keep take of the dosage as well and let you know, if you are interested, in how its going.

I know what you mean about having a cupboard full of bottles. I have the same! but some of them I take quite regularly. But I do not forget Vit C. Its actually Good I just mix it with water and its like a sour lemonade!

I was taking Vitex and saw palmetto daily as well for womens problems but once in a while I forget. Actually these herbs might have helped as well in clearing up my spots along with Vit E and omega oils.

I used to think that taking suppliments was nuts and herbs were useless and people were wasting too much time and money on these 'false' cures. I DO NOT believe that anymore! I am a firm believer that the RIGHT dosage and supplement will work for anybody and you dont always have to take such drastic measures and risk with doctor presribed medications that might have adverse effects. I changed my mind just a few months ago when I started noticing improvements in my health problems (especially the womans problems). I just need to experiment a bit with dosages.
