Here we go again....I knew you before you were born....that means He knew you before you were born. If you want to add a story to it or believe that you know HOW he knew you at this point you are guessing.
For those of you who think oh yeah, he knew me because I was alive...that is NOT a perception that is a crock. That is you being a wishful thinker.
There's no proof in that statement.
I on the other hand more logically ACCEPT the plain phrase, take it as it is, I KNEW YOU BEFORE YOU WERE BORN. You don't know anymore you can't add to it, you can't take away from it.
