A hot towel bath is what I am experimrenting with against eczema and it helps. When I came to Europe, I could not lay hold of sulphur which is the only thing I ground and mix with my cream that eliminates the eczema. But very hot towel seemed to kill the eczema and help stop the itching. I am still working on it to see what the end result would be like.
