I have never read or came across someone who I understands this skin issue I am having! I too have to unbearable itch that is only soothed by pouring scalding hot water on it and it feels AMAZING!!!! I have to ask... what is the rash and how do I get rid of it. I have been to numerous doctors and no one can tell me what it is or how to get rid of it.
