Hi! I just want to thank you for your amazing post. So much great information.
It falls in line with everything I'm doing and reading. Thank you!!
I have a question about die-off: I am having a really difficult time sleeping. I'm off
all pharmaceuticals, sleep meds, after 10 years, but I can't seem to crack this
insomnia. I've tried what seems like EVERYTHING, including CBD (CBN actually).
I also have adrenal fatigue. I'm going crazy with not sleeping and trying to heal
from these awful parasites. My legs ache like crazy at night too and that keeps me
awake. Any advice? Thanks again for your heartfelt, informative post. I'm glad
you are doing better! Way to take your health into your own hands :)
