I did really good last week. I pressed myself. Unfortunately I felt ravenous from doing two a day workouts (sprints/cardio lifting) and Friday I was like a savages animal. I did not eat meat and stuck to a vegetarian diet but loaded with carbs. I ate bread, black beans and sweet poatatoe fries.
The real problem though was beer. I’ve had maybe 10 beers since Friday and the high carb diet and I’ve gained 7 pounds. This last 6 days have been a true disappointment. I’m not going to let it set me back and will go back to a raw diet Friday. I hope to post a better update next week....
