Week 3 of refeed started yesterday. This was going to be my final week but I think I may continue for at least 2 additional weeks. Bringing me to a 5 week refeed.
I did slip up though this week. I made homemade tomatoe soup with one TBS of butter and 1 TBS of flour. I also had a vegi patty which is super processed.
So far this is the only time I've messed up. I've even sticking to raw fruits and vegis. I bought some vegan butter and coconut flour for my next batch of soups. I also will not touch those processed Morning star vegi patties again.
Down to 200. So I've lost 2 pounds since starting the refeed two weeks ago. Still sticking to running everyday and lifting three times a week. This week I'm starting a sprint workout routine. I did the sprints this morning and it went by quick but was super brutal. It's hard for me to believe 85 seconds of sprints is the same as a four mile run but I'm trying to have faith in the program.
