Well, you really deserve to be happy. You have achieved a great goal of fasting and then eating fat fruits and veggies. Most importantly exercising.
Just keep it up. Feta is ok, I don't know about eggs. I tell people to eat raw fruits and veggies for 1.5 times the days of the fast. So 21 days would mean 32 days.
Also I don't think you should add meat to your diet, look how much energy you have from eating powerful foods. I have never in my life eaten meat, chicken, fish, or derivative of those.
Heavy proteins actually work similar to Sugar and are hard for your kidneys. All living foods have protein.
You will experience a new high in everything you do if you stay on plant based diet and then also lose weight.
