What would a simple salad be considered? I'm really trying to plan a solid refeed and I grasp the first 14 days of juice and raw fruit but a "simple salad" escapes me.
When I think of a simple salad I imagine lettuce and maybe a tomatoe. The salad I'm planning on eating looks more like: spinach, tomatoes, onions, cucumbers, mushrooms, advocado, beats, etc. is this too much to do during week 3 of refeed?
