On day 8 of refeed now. Eating a mango. It's pretty yummy. I ran Friday and actually did pretty good. Gained a pound yesterday but no weight gain today. So far in 7 days I've gained 3 pounds. I'm pretty happy with this weight gain. I believe the working out is helping.
Hopefully this is an accurate gain and the next 14 days I don't gain 14 pounds.
I will continue to eat fruit and vegetables this week before moving into salad. I will also increase my running routine to start to try and lose weight. We will see!
