Refeeding is important in that people do tend to eat a lot too quickly.

Rules are simple...

Eat only when hungry not by the clock.

Drink your food and chew your juices. Meaning masicate well, whatever goes in your mouth.

Drink plenty water.

Walk everyday for twenty minutes.

Increase appetite very slowly.

Avoid all spices and oils for at least days equal to the number of days of your fast.

Eat raw fruits and vegetables, some cooked foods, steamed preferably.

You will gain weight, no doubt, burn the calories you put in, you would be fine.

Avocado is excellent to eat.
