Re: 21 day Water Fast attempt
Day 1 of the refeed is done. Did nothing but drink my grapefruit juice and a tomatoe juice before bed.
The grapefruit juice admittedly wasn't consumed within 30 minutes. I couldn't bare to flush all that money down the drain. I did notice a huge difference in the fullness of the tomatoe juice compared to day old grapefruit juice.
This morning I've had my 2 glasses of orange juice so far and it was so good. Just completed my full body workout and plan to go for a walk later. I will likely have some tomatoe juice when I'm hungry again. I do love tomatoe juice. I mixed in some fresh jalapeño and some fresh lemon. Is this okay? Not too much just a few slices and 1/4 of a lemon.
Tomorrow I don't plan on lifting weights and will do cardio. I will update everyone in 2 days. (Day 4 of refeed)
The workout I did was:
Squats 5 sets of 12
Deadlift 5 sets of 12
Military press 5 sets of 12
Bench press 3 sets of 10
I could have done more but I got in my head and was feeling tired... hopefully Wednesday is better for lifting and my run goes well tomorrow.
