Today is day 19. For some reason it was much harder than normal days. I almost chugged some pickle juice. Not sure why but I'm craving pickle juice so bad! Haha. Anyway. Have a good night.
Also, what are your thoughts on advocado? Week 2 of refeed I would like to eat some but I'm not sure. My main goal is to break the fast slowly without over feeding and gaining all the weight back. I used to be quite healthy and I want to start back. Would hate for this fast to be for nothing and gain it all back because I rushed the refeed.
I am so scared about the refeed... I just feel like I'm going to gain all kinds of weight even if I follow the strict refeeding plan.
