Nice work, when you're in the 100's of lb extra range, you use a lot just being normal and of course that fat is basically easy for your body to find and burn, so it does it very very well with nary a hiccup.
Maybe its a good idea to not eat at all till you've got nothing left on yourself - like in the 7-8% range and maybe then start re-feeding on something very veggie heavy.
Obviously I am the last person to advice you on it, I broke every rule in the book, and even some that haven't even been written I think. But this time I'll follow it.
Fast till 7-8% BF, then re-feed a week+ with veggies and fermented foods.
