Re: New to water fasting - Asking for advice

Changing your diet to a healthy one, does very little to get you good weight loss. A balanced diet as prescribed by the medical community via the food pyramid/diamond, will keep you balanced exactly where you are.
Fasting will get you weight loss that is scary fast that you would prefer to ignore everything. Literally its like you have the nuclear codes on weight loss. You feel you don't want to learn Jack. It almost rewards you for bad habits. This is a true problem, trust me.
You'd experience it and you can figure out how to deal with that. Its a decent problem to have. I'll let you enjoy your problem.

OK next item.
Vitamins almost qualify as partial eating. Its a bit counterintuitive. I have heard you fast yourself out of all the problems. If you need to, a Epsom bath can do the alleviating of cramps etc. I've also taken vitamins, but I also have of late not taken any but I've only done shorter fasts.

Partial eating causes most problems like muscle loss and heart muscle loss etc. Fat reserves and decrepit tissue autophagy will be #1 and #2 on the list of what your body burns. Don't intervene with that via partial feeding.

Thanks.
Srinath.
