New to water fasting - Asking for advice

Hi, I am new on this forum and this is the first time I try water fasting!

I'm currently on my 2nd day of fasting and I'm doing it mainly for weight loss. My starting weight is 117 kg (258 lbs) and I'm an 180 cm tall (5 feet 11), 19 years old male.

I was wondering, for how long do you guys think it is appropriate for me to keep going on with the fast? I would like to stay on the safe side, take no health risks. Since I dont eat anything, Im taking one pill containing the recommended daily dose of vitamins and some minerals, and also one pill for calcium and magnesium.

Do I need to do anything else to be sure its safe?

About results so far, I had 117 kg (258 lbs) yesterday morning and today when I woke up I had 114 kg (251.3 lbs) - I had to get off the scale and try once more, cause I thought its an error. Although Im aware its not fat that I lost, this is still INSANE.

Also no problems with hunger so far. I felt some cravings this morning but I drank a coke zero (1 kcal a can) and Im perfectly fine.

Any advice is appreciated!
