Let me be more specific. Because when I talk about a false gospel in a particular group, I'm not talking about individuals that are just being lead and deceived by it. I'm talking about the ones making up the doctrines!

So with that particular question I asked, I meant do you believe the official gospel of the Catholic Church is the true gospel? And correct me if I'm wrong, but the way I've understood it, no one is to go on their own understanding of the scriptures when they are part of the Catholic Church. From Wikipedia it says,
"In Catholicism, the magisterium is the authority to lay down what is the authentic teaching of the Church. For the Catholic Church, that authority is vested uniquely by the pope and by the bishops who are in communion with the correct and true teachings of the faith."
I'd dare anyone to go against that in the Catholic Church, and see what happens. I think Luther did that. :)

I can't remember the name of the woman that you and Refreshed used to really like and post a lot. I'm thinking her name was maybe Colleen or something like that? I have since tried to find her on youtube and can't. But I remember she said it so well about the Catholic gospel. I won't put what she said in quotes because I'm going off of what I remember and not her exact words. If you or Refreshed can find the video so we could see exactly what she said, that would be great. Refreshed is the one that posted it I believe and it was the one where she was talking about being in Rick Warren's church but how her and her husband had to leave that church because Rick Warren was calling for unity with the Catholics and they believed the Catholics taught a different gospel. I remember she compared it to a recipe. She said if you took a recipe, but altered it, and added in a whole bunch of stuff in that was not suppose to be in it, then the end result would no longer be the same thing as the original recipe. It would be something else. So she was saying the Catholics had altered the gospel and added to the gospel, making it another gospel.

We can analyze the official Catholic gospel and see that it's something else other than the true gospel. I mean afterall, they will say that the Muslims worship the same God and all kinds of other insane things. They add works to the gospel!

I'm not going to call for unity with them. But Heidi Baker is and all her co-workers in the NAR are. I've heard Heidi call for unity with the Catholics from her own mouth.

And it's not just that. There is so much more! But like I said, I'm wasting my time to go on and on of why I think Heidi is leading people into major deception. It's clear in my mind but I know you see something else in your mind about it all. Tweet
