Re: Best Scam ever...

You said: "I'm sorry the Heidi Baker video made you so mad. I don't see how you can make the claim that the video was taken out of context, unless it just didn't show that she drank a whole bottle of whiskey before going up there and that's why she couldn't even stand up or speak. I guess that would make it make a lot more sense. Nevertheless, she's proud of that video because she is rich and powerful enough to get it off of there if she really wanted to. And that's not the only one like that either. The very least she could do is come on youtube and make a serious apology for making a mockery out of Christianity!"

You are making the same error that those in Acts 2 did.

"13 Others mocking said, These men are full of new wine.

14 But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:

15 For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day.

16 But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;

17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:

18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:" Acts 2:13-18 King James Version

I do realize that some people get in the flesh and just put on a show doing things like this of themselves. I also realize that demons go to church and there are demonic manifestations at times. We need keen discernment in these last days. That's for sure. Heidi Baker was not drunk. She did not drink whiskey before she went up there as you suggested. Heidi was experiencing God in a powerful way on her body. She looked drunk, but she was not, even as those in Acts 2 were not. Yes, the power of God to save and deliver is more important than this kind of power. Nevertheless, God does things like this too. I'm sorry I got so mad. It's not easy to discern these things looking at something like this. These kind of videos have confused me too in the past. I'm starting to realize more and the truth of what's really going on.

Also, I looked up the verses in the video to read them in context to see if there is anyway they could be tied to this Heidi Baker experience. I found them all to be taken out of context to try to add more credibility to the video attempting to destroy Heidi. Heidi is a true servant of God. Is she perfect? No, I don't know anybody who is.
