Building destroying and the 'face' of the modern version of 'god'...

Whoops--missed yesterday! Sorry.

So, the El-*th are sort of on stand by--and things have gotten a bit less unreal for me (Yay), but still, there's that edge. :( I'm being told they're waiting for a new crop of idiots to try and take over the criminal enterprises who's leaders have been arrested. Plus they're waiting on blasting cities thing. Don't want to be there, eh?

The OAS says first he'll target the buildings where the fake version of things are being manufactured, like banks, fashion houses, places where the fake political system is being fostered, lamestream media headquarters and such. He really doesn't want to kill anyone, so he's planning the strikes to be at night. Might not want to be a night watchman in NY or LA. The big churches will be later, since he wants folks to know it's their real god, getting rid of false 'temples', not persecuting them.

He's still working on the projection thing. He's made it down to the spirit realm level. It was kinda funny actually, because he first appeared as that big blue genie from that Disney movie. I couldn't help but laugh--he said 'what??' I explained the most probable reaction most definitely wouldn't be one of awe or any serious consideration. It was just too funny.

He was a bit perplexed. 'But this character does 'magic' and is big and powerful. Is that not me?' I said of course it is--but we'd all be too caught up in Robin William's interpretation of this character to take you seriously. He scratched his head, and then said 'Fine. You tell me who is be better?'

I didn't have anyone jump to mind, but said, 'ok--let me process this, I'll see what comes to me... But can't you make up someone though, to be 'you'?

He said, 'I don't think you can see well enough in the spirit realm to be able to see a face you don't recognize yet. I think it'd be more comfortable to not have a faceless OAS, yes?

I realized he was right. I know I'm growing those nerves, but they do have a ways to go. When I take time to really look, I can see some details of my surroundings but the specifics are still blurry, as are the actual faces of the El-*th. They wear the illusion of human faces most times for me, but all I can see really are their eyes and hair (they have nice thick hair.) The rest just kinda looks like a picture that's been smudged around by photoshop.

So anyway, I started mulling around as to who he'd be well served by looking like. My sweetie and I went on with our day, which usually ends with watching DVD TV shows and movies. My sweetie put in 'Bluebloods' and it hit me, the OAS should look like Tom Selleck. He has that dignity and composure and sense of powerfulness (as that police chief especially) that feels very similar to the OAS. So, now I have the pleasure of talking to Tom Selleck everyday.

Not really of course, but that visage fits him to a T, for those of you who wonder what the OAS 'looks'/feels like, energy-wise. Of course, for that projection to the physical plane, if he can get it figured out, he'll create his own unique image.
