I agree, Black Coffee, Black or Green Tea, or just plain water are fine for life fasting, I would advise mineral water for tiny trace elements of salts though, just to have piece of mind,
I'm unable to specify how,what, why and when i'm life fasting as influence could damage someone who is already struggling,
There are a few obvious and basic points to take into account when in your daily routine,
1. Exercise should not get in the way of fasting, lessen it to be comfy but don't do nothing,
2. Natural salts and sugars are better from fruit over most other food groups, but not all fruit, look up acid /alkaline for a balance)
3. Healthy fasting should be a daily activity,
4. Never force the body beyond what is comfortable, a warm body is key,
5. For heavens sake don't confuse Survival over Starvation, your mind is not as strong as the body when starvation takes over,
I've been alternating my fasting routines for over 10 years, we are not going to get anywhere with paper
Science and silly generic tests, empirical proof of the individual is truth, we are not all the sameand neither is the environment we choose or are forced to live in...
