Great Post, I can truly relate to what you are writing. Currently I am in day 3 of a 5 day "quick fast" only because I need to get to work and must get back to eating. I broke down and am drinking a little black coffee(no sweetener)after 40 hrs. I did fast for 10 days a couple of years ago and remember doing the same back then . I am following the Lemonade Diet and I was losing my energy and focus and needed my brain energy to accomplish some work . I am flushing out my self but mainly I am doing this in order to re-activate better eating habits and lose some weight. What I know from past experience is the up and downs of my mood and energy. I also get headaches from no caffeine , but at least I am not taking any Sugar (never do) or milk .
