I agree with your post. This person seems to be on a starvation diet and not a water fast.

Great picture of you diving, are you still on vacation, or maybe holiday you would call it? I've missed seeing you post while you've been gone, but who wants to post online when you could be diving? I sure wouldn't!

I'm getting myself mentally prepared to start a fast. I haven't been able to go for very long in the past so I've been reading all the posts and bought a few books on fasting, I think I'm ready now.
