You are doing yourself a disservice by assuming that coffee & stevia will give you the energy to see you through the first few days.
This is only an illusion, as coffee is a stimulant and therefore wasteful of your energy and life-force.
If you stop the coffee at that point you are really only delaying the inevitable symptoms of detox for a longer period of time, and where coffee in most quarters is considered to be a toxin to the body: why add toxins when your body is trying to expel them? This is counterproductive.
In addition someone mentioned a starvation diet (rightly so) as you will not enter full ketosis but be living from a malnourished diet instead.
I recommend that you discard the coffee in favor of water according to thirst: your body will thank you for it.
