You didn't answer my question, and you don't have to if you don't want to, but I just wanted to point out that you didn't answer it.
I will ask again just in case you would like to answer it:
If salvation is all of grace and all of God, and if God deals with everyone in the world equally but yet some are not saved, then we must conclude there was something different about us, some deciding factor, maybe a decision, that made all the difference. Right?
